These Terms of Service govern purchases made through Iska Press and use of our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and to pay all charges associated with your purchase.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, publication dates, and other information may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change prices, or cancel an order if necessary.

Preorder publication and shipping dates are estimates and may change. If a significant delay affects your preorder, we may contact you with updated information.

Some products may be fulfilled by third-party service providers. Orders containing products from different fulfillment sources may arrive in separate shipments.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

All content associated with Iska Press, including text, graphics, logos, book information, and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or used without permission except as permitted by law.

We may refuse or cancel orders where fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory errors, misuse of the store, or other legitimate concerns arise.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Privacy practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
