Shipping policy

Orders are processed as promptly as possible after purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the product, availability, preorder status, and fulfillment location.

Books fulfilled directly by Iska Press may ship separately from print-on-demand merchandise or other items fulfilled by third-party partners.

Domestic shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Preorder items will ship when they become available. If an order includes both available and preorder items, shipment timing may vary depending on the items in the order and fulfillment method.

International Orders: Import duties, VAT, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the shipping price and are the recipient’s responsibility.

International delivery times may vary because of customs processing, carrier delays, or local delivery conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Iska Press is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
