Refund policy

Iska Press accepts returns of eligible books within 30 days of delivery. Returned books must be unused, unread, and in resalable condition unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To request a return, contact us at orders@iskanchi.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Iska Press.

Print-on-demand merchandise and other made-to-order items are generally not eligible for return or exchange for reasons such as size preference, color preference, or change of mind. If a print-on-demand item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue with the fulfillment provider.

Digital products, gift cards, and other non-returnable items are not eligible for refund unless required by law.

If an order contains items fulfilled separately, such as books and print-on-demand merchandise, each item may have different return instructions. Please contact us before sending any return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
